Added note: The shoutbox is only working on the DARKBleed skin. the EYEBleed skin refuses to even let me get the code working in the template files.

I got full access to the history, if you want to use it on all pages hit the "open popout" button.

Working on a public history but its been a while since I coded so remebering stuff as I tinker.
